R.I.P. Chris “Swolecat” Janusz

Phit Admin This is late, but I just had to say something about the death of Chris Janusz (aka Swolecat) back on June 10, 2009.
Chris was a great trainer with a fantastic program. The guy was absolutely ripped in every picture that he had on his website (which is now taken down).
I first met him online at johnstonefitness.com. He was a sponsor of John’s site, and was also very active there. You could ask him and question, and he would give you a no-BS answer. I only knew him online via the forum, and via email, but I have a tremendous amount of respect for the man.
Chris was only 37 when he passed away. He leaves behind a wife and son, as well as his parents.

I used to be on the Professional Muscle forum all the time, one of the places online where Swolecat got his start. This was before he developed a crazy effective fat loss plan and put up his website. He was always ripped. Good times.

Thanks for replying. He was already selling his fat loss plan by the time that I came to know of him. The times that I emailed him, he always gave me a strait up answer. No BS at all.
